We offer a return policy of 7 days to return your item as long as they are in the same condition they was sent in and have not been worn. Your refund will be processed once we have received the item back so that we can check the condition of it. If the item is damaged or dirty you will not be issued your refund. When sending the items back to us for a return we will not be responsible for paying for any delivery fees, unless the reason for return is because the item is faulty. We also offer an exchange policy of 7 days if you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour etc.

However, unfortunately we DO NOT offer refunds for any BIKINIS purchased from us due to hygiene.

Lastly please make sure if you are returning an item that it is shipped back to us before the 7 days has ended, refunds will not be accepted if the item is shipped after the 7 days.

TO RETURN

To return an item purchased from us please complete and submit the returns form below. After you have done this please send the item back to us with a note inside the parcel including the same information as the returns form. When sending the parcel back to us we recommend using a postal service that tracks & to keep hold of your proof of postage incase we don't receive back the item.

After we receive your item back we will check to make sure it hasn't any stains, odours, and that it is in the same condition it was sent in with all labels still attached. If we believe that the item is not in the same condition as it was sent in unfortunately the refund will be refused.

Once we have inspected the item we will send you an email notifying you of either the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved we will ask for your bank details before then bank transferring you the amount to be refunded.

If for some reason your refund request has been rejected we will offer to send the item back to you, however we will not be responsible for paying for the shipping fees to do this.

We are not responsible for any shipping fees when returning unless the reason for return is because you received the item faulty. Orginal shipping fees are also not included within the refund of your item if you do wish to return.

Where to return your item to

To return your items please mail your products to the the address given to you inside the parcel that you received.

Before completing this form please make sure the items are the following:

-Are unused/ unworn

-In the same condition you received it in

-Still attached to tags they was sent with 

-No stains, marks, rips or holes

-No odours including perfume fragrance or washing smell

If we believe your item has been returned with any of the above we will refuse the refund and you will need to pay the shipping fee for us to send the item back to you. Therefore please make sure all of the above applies.
